Description

DCAMM Certification. Replacement of 5 existing indoor chilled water AHUs, associated inline return fans and chilled water recirc. pumps. All duct-mounted re-heat coils associated with these AHUs shall be replaced with VAV boxes including hot water re-heat coils. All scope area zone temperature sensors are being replaced with new sensors, and densely occupied areas are being provided with new CO2 sensors to allow for demand control ventilation. All AHU and Return fans shall be speed-controlled with modulating VFDs.
