| Description | The purpose of this invitation to bid is to establish a term contract with a qualified supplier of Glass Beads to be utilized by the Department in traffic paint. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is reserved exclusively for bidders certified by the State of Ohio as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Only MBEs certified by the State of Ohio Equal Opportunity Coordinator in accordance with Section 123.151 (B) (2) of the Ohio Revised Code will be considered for award of this invitation to bid. The effective duration of this contract shall be from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
