| Description | The scope of the Project includes replacement of existing windows and curtain wall throughout the facility, and related Improvements at the High School facility. At the four-story building (3 floors and occupied basement), Probes shall be provided. Existing windows and curtain walls shall be removed and disposed of, including obsolete curtain wall structural elements and attachments to the building structure, Provide and install new windows and curtain walls, and construct other improvements, as described in the Contract Documents. Work throughout includes other improvements, including: removal and reinstallation or replacement of through-wall unit vent ducts and louvers, window air conditioner units, and other devices, and miscellaneous work, as described in the Contract Documents. |
