Description

This project is for neighborhood signage and landscape improvements in the Town-owned right-of-way within the North Broadway Neighborhood. This project includes the acquisition and installation up to 35 intersection signs within the North Broadway Neighborhood with updated street name signs and decorative architectural features and finials with a pre-selected design to be determined by the Town. All street signs must meet MUTCD standards. All existing signs identified for replacement shall be removed. Removed signs shall be retained and delivered to the designated location within the Town. Neighborhood entrance and other neighborhood landscape improvements have been provided as an alternate
