Description

For a new City Hall building approximately 9,215 SF. This City Hall will be located on 158th street just north Garden Parkway within a new civic campus. It will be a one-story building at roughly 9,000 square feet built with steel structure. The facade will include exterior metal studs, brick, cast stone, EIFs, and window systems. The site work includes a parking lot, sidewalks, associated landscaping, and utility infrastructure. The building use includes public spaces, administrative spaces for city government, and a council chamber for elected officials.
