| Description | This project consists of the mill and overlay of New York Avenue from Mediterranean Avenue to Magellan Avenue in the City of Atlantic City in Atlantic County, New Jersey. In general, the scope of work for this project shall consist of site clearing; traffic control; milling of the existing asphalt surface to a depth of 4" or less; removal and replacement of deteriorated areas of concrete base course, if and where directed by the engineer; the installation of a Hot Mix Asphalt leveling course and a Hot Mix Asphalt surface course; the replacement of selective concrete gutter, sidewalk, and driveways; the resetting of existing granite curb; the installation of concrete sidewalk and concrete ve1tical curb to facilitate the construction of ADA compliant curb ramps; the resetting and modification of existing stonnwater inlets, the installation of various striping; site restoration; and all other work contained in the Plans and Specifications or directed by the Engineer. |
