Systemwide Traffic Engineering Services

The engineering services required may include, but are not limited to, the following: signing and sign structure plans, sign inventory management and data collection system-wide using mobile LiDar, pavement marking retroreflectivity and analysis, developing and updating standards utilizing CADD and RapidPlan software programs, developing and updating specifications, preparation and review of contract documents, capacity and operational analysis, basic traffic and revenue studies, origin and destination studies, traffic signal design, traffic modeling and simulation, general traffic engineering and safety studies, development of traffic control plans, research and implementation of new technologies, preparation and review of sign fabrication drawings including development of contract documents and construction management and inspection, soil and foundation engineering reports as applicable, and traffic studies including traffic counts.
