| Description | The scope of this Contract is for the maintenance of plants specified in a healthy, disease free condition and to replace plants as necessary due to disease, age or improper maintenance. Avondale Administration Facility, 2775 East Ponce de Leon Avenue, Decatur, GA 30030; 3. Brady Avenue Garage, 1040 Brady Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30318; 4. Browns Mill Heavy Maintenance Facility, 3401 Browns Mill Road, Atlanta, GA 30354; 5. Laredo Drive Garage, 277 Laredo Drive, Decatur, GA 30030; 6. MARTA Headquarters Building, 2424 Piedmont Road, Atlanta, GA 30324; 7. Perry Boulevard Garage, 1600 Perry Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30318; and 8. Plasamour Drive Facility, 485 Plasamour Drive, Atlanta, GA 30324. |
