Replace Grounds in the 1-7 ADA BN Motor pool X4622, Fort Bragg, NC

Original Set Aside: 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8). This project replaces the grounds at ADA Battalion Motor pools 1-7 and 3-4 at buildings X-4622 and X-5620 located on Fort Bragg, NC. This contract includes a design and specifications that the contractor must comply with. 100% design and specs are government furnished for this contract. Contractor is responsible for incidental design, surveying, and permitting for the execution of the project. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with these specifications, schedules, Drawings, and other contract documents. The scope of work of this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following specific items of work: CIVIL WORK Site/Civil work consists of removal and replacement of existing concrete pavement and installation of sediment and erosion controls as shown on the construction documents. ELECTRICAL WORK Electrical work consists of abandonment of existing grounding systems and installation of new grounding system that includes but is not limited to handholes, conductors, ground rods and associated appurtenances. All work shall be as shown on the construction documents.
