Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Minuteman Missile Historical Site Replace Lift Station Panel, Pumps, and Valves. Minuteman Missile National Historic Site Visitor Center Lift Station Pumps, Panel, and Valves. This Request for Quotes will support the formation of a firm fixed price contract for work to provide all labor, equipment, and material necessary for replacing lift station pumps, valves, electrical panel and components. PROJECT LOCATION: Minuteman Missile National Historic Site, 24545 Cottonwood Road, Philip, SD 57567. Exit 131 off Interstate 90. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: Between $25,000 and $100,000 BONDS: Payment protection 100 percent NAICS CODE: The associated NAICS code is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. Contractors with a size standard of $45 Million. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Businesses registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) must update their SAM registration in order to have their small business status updated based on the new size standards effective March 17, 2023. Until the SAM registration is updated, the SAM profiles will continue to display the small business status under the old size standards. SCHEDULE: The Government anticipates that work will be completed in 120 calendar days with work beginning in early July 2023. The final performance period start date is contingent of issuance of Notice to Proceed. WAGE RATES: Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) (formerly known as the Davis Bacon Act) are incorporated into the terms and conditions as an attachment. Please note that Executive Order 14026 applies to this contract. The contractor must pay all covered workers at least $16.20 per hour (or the applicable wage rate listed on the wage determination, if it is higher) for all hours spent performing on contract 2023.
