Description

Accepting Bids for a 500,000 gallon ground storage tank, grading, foundation, & approx. 160' of 12" piping. Send $100 for electronic plans & specs to Davis & Brown. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, or reject any or all bids. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days of bid date. Bid, P & P bonds are required. Contractor class "GC". The Work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced Within (30) days of Notice to Proceed and, subject to authorized adjustments, Substantial Completion shall be achieved not later than 150 Consecutive Calendar Days from the date of Notice to Award/Proceed.
