Plans call for a two and a half story office building within the Industrial Business Park improving internal connectivity between the commonly owned properties along with the addition of bicycle parking, adjustments to parking layout, and improvements to walkways, drainage, water quality, lighting and landscaping. As of September 2, 2022, the site plan extension has been submitted to the City of Boulder for review. Architect and contractor have been selected.
