Memorial Pool, Main Pool Leak Repair and Resurfacing

Installation of new pool plaster finish and tile markings for the 25 meter Main Pool at the Memorial Pool complex. Work includes but is not limited to draining the pool, prepare pool surface and repair all leaks and cracks, installation of construction sealant at interface of pool wall and stainless steel gutter system, application of a bond coating and white plaster finish; and other appurtenant work as necessary, fill and balance the pool per manufacturer's specifications, all in accordance with Village specifications and requirements. A bid bond, certified check, or bank check in the amount of 5% of bid must accompany the bid proposal. The Village Manager reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities at his discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village of Mount Kisco even if such award is to other than the lowest bidder.
