Snow Hill Manor Historic Site - Waterproofing - 4.99.0156 - Prince Georges County

Snow Hill Manor is a two-and-one-half-story brick plantation house of late Georgian style located on 15- acres of land in Laurel, MD. Built in 1755, and once owned by the Snowden family, Snow Hill Manor has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This project includes waterproofing to prevent moisture infiltration including new roofing, gutter redesign and repair, flashing, chimney repair, interior moisture abatement and restoring historic windows This project is included in the county's fy 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program. As of May 25, 2023, further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
