Boiler Safety Calibration and Inspection

Base plus four year contract to inspect and maintain boilers on Eielson AFB. 1.1 Eielson AFB (EAFB) operates (14) pressurized vessels that maintain base facilities at a comfortable temperature for Air Force personnel to focus on the essential mission. These vessels can operate at a temperature of 650 degrees. 1.2 The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supervision and tools necessary to comply with EPA, OSHA, ADEC (Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation). 1.3 The contractor will be responsible to provide all labor, supervision, travel, Equipment and material to perform fourteen (14) National Board BA Boiler Inspections located at the Eielson AFB, Alaska. 1.4 The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supervision and tools necessary to test and calibrate safety valves on government owned coal fired boilers and other equipment. The contractor will also test (4) Kunkle boiler safety valves at the AUX Heat Plant located two blocks from the CHPP. Contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards, and all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and procedures.
