Description Project includes: Base Bid - Decommissioning of the existing wastewater metering system at the Upper Cottonwood Creek Lift Station and diversion of flow. Flow to be diverted through new 36” FRP piping and three new 6’ FRP manholes. Bypass pumping to be carried out during removal of existing piping and installation of new pipe. Additive Alternate - Installation of two flow meter vaults at the McKinney Lift Station: one on an existing 24” PVC Force Main and one on an existing 24” RCCP Force Main. Both force mains are active/in operation. Vault installation to include electrical and I&C installation to accommodate two Flexim F21 clamp-on flow meters. Installation of Flexim F721 clamp-on flow meters to be completed by others.
