Replace (4) outdoor heat pumps and replace the refrigerant coil, electric heater and fan in the air handling units at Building J - Student Services. Heat pump units #2, 3 7 and 9 total approximately 40 tons. New 5’x5’ access panels will be added by the Owner, for easier removal of the Mezzanine Air Handlers
