Mowing Services at Woodcock Lake Park

SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform mowing, services at the Woodcock Lake Park recreation areas, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. The Woodcock Lake Park is located in Meadville, in central Crawford County, PA. The park is part of the Woodcock Creek Lake project. The project’s purpose is threefold: to reduce downstream flooding as part of the French Creek flood control system, to improve downstream water quality and to provide a diversified array of general recreation activities. Public-use facilities owned and operated by the Corps at Woodcock Lake Park include a swim beach, campground, picnic shelters, boat launch and nature trail.
