The City of High Springs, Florida is requesting proposals from qualified Design and Build Teams to provide the design, engineering, and construction of a sign for the Santa Fe Canoe Outpost. Proposals shall not be presented at any other location. Proposals presented after the time and date indicated above shall be refused. The time indicated on the date stamp located in City Hall is considered the official time.
