Description

The County Administration Complex is an approximate 44,000 sq. ft. facility of which approximately 20,000 is completed and occupied or in the process of being improved for the County Sheriff operations. The County has agreements in place with several entities including the Mora Empowerment Project (MEP) (including fund raising professionals) to look for synergistic development of portions of the facility for economic development purposes. The primary purpose of the facility however is to house county staff who currently are in temporary facilities.
