Water Line Replacement along Jones Road, Balcrest Drive, Dunbrook Drive and Creektree Drive

Work for the Base Bid is for the construction of approximately 10,150 liner feet of water line(3,300 linerar feet of 12-inch water lines and 6,850 linear feet of 8-inch water lines) by trenchless construction, and construction of service lines, fire hydrants, valves, fittings, connections, and other appurtenances. The work also includes site and pavement restoration, tree protection, storm water pollution prevention and traffic control in relation to the construction of the water lines. Work proposed along Balcrest Drive (north of Cypresswood Dr.) will be included as Additional Alternate Bid Items in the contract. This work consists of approximately 2,500 linear feet of water line, by trenchless construction, and construction of service lines, fire hydrants, valves, fittings, connections, and otehr appurtences. The work also includes site and pavement restoration, tree protection, storm water pollution prevention and traffic control in relation to the construction of the water lines.
