This w ill consist of providing and installation/construction of the new freestanding construction of the Administration Building, as w ell as the other three (3) buildings w hich w ill be prefabricated buildings, to include new w ater and fire suppression lines, and perform all site w ork for the construction of all utilities and connections to the public utilities points of access. The site is on a hill that is about 300 foot high, w ith only one access road. The disclosure of magnitude for this construction project is betw een $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
