| Description | Contract Duration: Three years, January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 with a mutually agreed upon one year extension possible. Provide the following Services for continued HVAC Monitoring, Commissioning & Maintenance Consulting: • Monitor the building operation via web access or onsite regularly. • Review each alarm occurrence for urgency & respond/recommend follow up actions to City staff. • Provide the City with troubleshooting & evaluation of mechanical issues. • Coordinate repair work & test as needed. • Provide recommendations for City staff & HVAC maintenance contractor for repairs and/or parts. • Some items may be resolved through setpoint adjustments or control point modifications via web access. • Educate City staff on system operations, troubleshooting and issue resolution. |
