Jefferson ES, 39 Van Houten Avenue Renovations to the existing front plaza to create an expanded parking lot, and to convert the previous TCU locations to a new playground, Futsal court, running track and walking path. Work shall also include a new paved walkway from the street to the main entrance with screen walls and lighting. Roosevelt ES, 151 Harrison Street Renovations to the existing rear play area and previous TCU locations to create a new parking lot and a new Futsal court. Contract No. 1 – Site Improvements at Jefferson School #1 - $740,000 Contract No. 2 – Site Improvements for New Parking Lot and Futsal Court at Roosevelt School #10 - $380,000 Contract No. 3 – Site Improvements for all work at Jefferson School #1 and Roosevelt School #10
