Description | The 194th Wing, WA Air National Guard, issues the attached IFB with the intention to award a single firm fixed-price contract for non-personal services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the construction of the MILCON project "Base-wide Fire Alarm Repair and Upgrade" at Camp Murray, WA. This project will provide a modernized ire alarm system with addressable Monaco brand panels that have the ability to integrate with the existing Mass notification and Warning System (MNWS), American Signal Corp. brand. The project is to be completed based on a previously completed 100% design. Award will be issued by sealed bidding procedures outlined in FAR 14 and in accordance with the solicitation, resulting in the award of a firm pixed price contract. A single option to integrate the fire alarm system into the existing MNWS which is American Signal Corp brand Compulert Nexgen system, is included. The option includes providing all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, appliances, and supervision as necessary for integration. Brand name letters for Monaco Enterprises and American Signal Corp. are attached. Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
