Solicitation number 140L0622Q0024 - Cox Water Well Replacement is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code NAICS 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a size standard of $39.5M Gross Annual Receipts or lower. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. There is NO fee to register for this site. RFQ Packet - Statement of Work, Drawings, Wage Determinations, and Quote Worksheet follow this cover sheet. A site visit will be held on July 14, 2022, 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time. A map to the worksite is included in the Statement of Work (see p. 42-43).
