| Description | The work under this contract shall consist of repairing private water services and sanitary sewer laterals. This contract may expire on December 31, 2021 or before at the Engineer's discretion. This contract may be extended for an additional one year period into 2022 pending agreement by all parties (City of Rock Island and the Contractor) with the terms of this contract and favorable assessment of work from the 2021 construction period. |
