Digital Display Solution

The University of Maine System is seeking responses to provide solution for digital displays. Many departments across the system have been routinely requesting the installation of digital displays. Several campuses have some form of solution however they are either aging or there is limited capability to scale as an enterprise solution. Departments would like to be able to safely manage the content that gets displayed on the devices and IT should be providing them a secure and seamless method of doing so. Departments and campuses are using these to display timely and accessible information, wayfinding assistance. There are currently devices on campuses that would need to be replaced or changed out as we migrate to an enterprise solution. A unified approach is critical and in accord with the University of Maine System`s mission. There would need to be a mechanism for campuses to request the hardware and software installation; account privileges; adding devices to a managed secure system; and process/timeframe for completion once requested.
