The purpose of this project is to replace existing water mains along Allens Lane east of Diamond Ave. to Mesker Park Drive, along Allens Lane west of Diamond Ave. to Winternheimer Drive, and along New Harmony Road from Allens Lane to Diamond Ave. The project will replace approximately 3,230 feet of existing water main.
