Food Service Equipment Upgrades

Brownsville Elementary School, 5870 Rockfish Gap Turnpike, Crozet, VA 22903 The project includes the replacement of the kitchen hood, kitchen hood exhaust fan and kitchen makeup air fan. Provisions for a kitchen makeup air fan with electric heat and accessories. New kitchen hood to include exhaust fan, makeup air plenum system, Ansul fire suppression system, control panel and interlocked controls. In addition, provisions for a new rooftop unit, ductwork and accessories. Electrical, Architectural, and Structural modifications required to support the work as described is also included. Henley Middle School, 5880 Rockfish Gap Turnpike, Crozet, VA 22903 The project includes the replacement of the existing freezer unit and associated equipment. A new refrigerator shall be provided and installed inside the building. A separate freezer unit shall be provided and installed outside of the building. Electrical, Architectural, and Structural modifications required to support the work as described is also included. Jouett Middle School, 210 Lambs Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22901 The project includes the replacement of the existing freezer unit and associated equipment. A new refrigerator shall be provided and installed inside the building. A separate freezer unit shall be provided and installed outside of the building. Electrical, Architectural, and Structural modifications required to support the work as described is also included.
