Plans call for 4-million-square-foot warehouse campus between Beaver Brook and Hazle Village / project site at 1405 S. Church St. Plans call for the first phase to build a 907,500 square foot building the third to fourth quarter of 2022 located on Route 309. Two additional buildings will include a 1,013,000 square foot building in 2023 and a 2,028,000 square foot building third quarter of 2024. As of July 2023, the project is in development. The city of Hazelton will issue permits for 705 S Church Street, and Hazle Township will issue permits for the projects in the Township. Construction Manager has not been selected. Construction start is undetermined.
