Description

Professional landscape and/or landscape services at identified campus buildings/common areas and offsite locations. Maintenance will include landscape maintenance: trimming, edging, blowing, leaf/debris removal, trash removal, weeding, weed chemical applications, mulching, plant installation, irrigation maintenance, snow removal as needed for all identified buildings. Snow and Ice removal as needed in all locations. Landscape and Lawn maintenance at off-site locations. Lawn maintenance includes mowing, seeding/aeration, and soil testing. Initial clean up/maintenance is required. 1-3 year maintenance agreement.
