Description

Base Bid: The South 5th Street and School Street Improvements project includes curb and gutter replacement, asphalt resurfacing, sidewalk and ADA curb ramp improvements, fixture adjustments including sanitary sewer manholes, storm sewer intakes and manholes, and water valves and fire hydrants. Alternate A: Project also includes the addition of a loading zone on the west side of the elementary school along 5th Street. Alternate B: Project also includes the addition of storm sewer work at the intersection of School Street and N 3rd Street with additional storm sewer work along N 3rd Street.
