Riverpoint Baseball Fields

Survey and grade set up will. Lay out infield, foul lines, and arc into the outfield to Major League, both infield and outfield Little League regulation. This process includes installing new pitcher's mound, home plate, bases and all base anchors to new elevation and location on both fields. Removal of 1 1/2" grass, thatch and organic material off entire infield, 30' foul lines, and 16' of grass along the perimeter of the outfield. Sod and other discarded materials at an on-site location. All waste debris will then be transported to an off-site location by others. All machines used on the field must be low ground pressure to avoid any damage to existing field and grass areas. Rough grade grass areas with low ground pressure machine utilizing a laser guiding system. Once rough grading is complete, soil will be tilled to the depth of 6" using a Excavator soil processor. This process will remove rocks and will provide existing soil with a uniform consistent profile for a healthier growing environment. Once subgrade and bleed, 2 to 3" of a 2mm sand will be graded and then tilled into soil. The infield clay will be tilled and subgrade 2 low prior to installing 2" of Dura Edge Native Premium Infield Mix -105 tons Rebuild mound to proper height. Dura Edge Pro Packing Clay will be used in the platform and landing area. The home plate clay will be properly graded, and Dura Edge Packing Clay will be used in the batters and catchers' boxes. Laser grade infield skin and soil to proper elevation and slope to within 1/4'. Install 21 ,500 Square feet of Kentucky Bluegrass Sod on entire remediation area. Fertilizer will be installed prior to sodding and lime will be placed on the sod at completion.
