Description

Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all of the labor, materials, supplies, containers, incidentals, transportation, travel, and equipment necessary to collect, remove, and recycle scrap metal on an on-call basis as described herein and pay Caltrans the amount owed for the scrap metal according to the Caltrans Revenue Payment formula and Contractors Competitive Percentage set forth in Attachment 1, Bid Proposal.
