New Reclaimed Water Main, Master Force Main Replacement and Pollard Road Water Treatment Plant Phase I-Water Main

1. Construct approximately 23w,000 linear feet (approximately 8,400 linear feet of which will be horizontally directionally drilled) of 24-inch reclaimed water main, 24-inch force main, 4-inch fiber optic conduit with innerduct and fiber optic cable, and approximately 6,700 linear feet of 16- inch water main. This work shall include but not be limited to pipe, fittings, valves, air valves with enclosure or vaults, testing, connections to existing mains, crossing other existing utilities, asphalt pavement restoration and replacement, crushed concrete trail on portions of the pipelines after installation, temporary wetland and other surface water impacts with restoration, dewatering, and restoration to areas disturbed by construction. 2. Construction of the utilities will include open-cut trenching (including applicable sheeting and shoring requirements), horizontal directional drilling (including drills crossing waterways, roadways, wetlands, and other utilities), and jacking and boring (including boring underneath a CSX Railroad). 3. Construction will include coordinating with obtained permanent utility easement, remaining within the boundaries of temporary construction easements, and coordinating within the restraints of obtained permits and permitting agencies such as CSX Railroad and other agencies.
