Dillard - Practice Field

The project is generally described as developing a new soccer field on cleared property at William & Mary's Dillard complex. The winning bid will include all field engineering including surveying, layout, and providing a final certified survey to W&M; sitework and utilities including overseeing the relocation of existing Dominion power lines in conjunction with W&M representatives; field base construction as per plans; installation of a new ornamental metal fence to match existing in adjacent existing field. The project will develop a concrete bounce-back wall, curbs, etc. as shown on plans. The successful bid will provide artificial turf for the field and outfit it with ball stop netting, soccer goals, field lighting (with associated electrical), and a new scoreboard. Bidders must so act to assure that questions reach the A/E at least six (6) days prior to the time set for the receipt of bids to allow a sufficient time for an addendum to reach all bidders before the submission of their bids

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
