Description | WHITESIDE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY 401 West 18th Street ROCK FALLS, IL NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Whiteside County Housing Authority (Owner) will receive sealed bids at their offices until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, March 9th, 2023 at which time they will be opened and publicly read in the presence of those interested. STORMWATER GRINDER AND PIT CIVIC PLAZA I HUD Project No. IL 32-03 CF 501-20 SCOPE OF WORK Proposals are desired for a single, lump sum for the installation of a Stormwater Grinder & Pit at Civic Plaza I, more particularly described and shown on the drawings and specifications as prepared by Larson & Darby Group, 4949 Harrison Ave., Suite 100, Rockford, IL 61125. PRE-BID SITE VISIT/ACCESSIBILITY In order to facilitate site examinations, a representative from Larson & Darby Group will be available to accompany bidders starting at 10:00 a.m., local time on Thursday, February 23rd, 2023, at Civic Plaza I, 1101 5th Avenue, Rock Falls, IL. Attendance by a representative of the Contractor is not mandatory but highly encouraged for bidders. Interested parties are to call Jeffrey Morris at Larson & Darby Group, 815-316-5035, or Sandy Bright, Deputy Director, at Whiteside County Housing Authority (815) 625-0581, x 14, to confirm attendance. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS Drawings, specifications and other bidding documents will be available in electronic form (PDF) beginning at noon, local time on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023. The Contract Documents, including instructions to Bidders, Drawings and Specifications, may be obtained by contacting Jeffrey Morris at Larson & Darby Group, 815-316-5035 or jmorris@larsondarby.com. The successful bidder must be fully insured and provide an assurance as required by Instructions to Bidders. Additional bid requirements are outlined in Sections 0010 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS and 0010 SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
