| Description | Fa Proj Ys30-2047-123, Oneida Co., Safety Project - North Genesee Street in the City of Utica This project will address safety issues on North Genesee Street in the City of Utica in the vicinity of the intersections with the NYS Thruway Exit 31 and Interstate 790 ramps to North Genesee St. This project will also improve the landscaping on NYS Routes 5S and 921C,and reduce landscape maintenance requirements in the corridors. Project Status The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Winter 2023/2024. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2024.
