Description

The staff member designated as the liaison for this Request for Qualifications is James Norris Eastern Florida State College, Procurement Services, (321) 433-7932 or e-mail norrisj@easternflorida.edu. All responses to questions received to date will be included in and Addendum 3 which is forthcoming. The deadline to submit questions is extended to Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at 12:00 pm, after which no further questions will be addressed unless date and time is extended via written addendum. Eastern Florida State College (hereafter, "EFSC") ", is seeking an architectural/engineering firm to provide complete programming, design, pre-construction and construction administration services resulting with complete construction documents and specifications for a Center for Innovative Technology Education (CITE) building, which is approximately 36,500 gross square feet, located on the Melbourne Campus. This facility will house highly specialized STEM, Technical Career vocational and multifunction science non-vocational lab space, along with computer classroom space. Also included will be office space, student services, and support services space. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
