Offerors must comply w ith the requirements of FAR 52.204-7, 52.204-8, 52.232-33, and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM. Fort Loudoun Lock Wall Armor Painting Summary of Work Contractor shall remove all loose rust, paint, dirt, dust, and other foreign material that would prevent proper coating. Contractor shall be responsible for providing adequate protections and devises to prevent impacts to the environment and to protect the structure, which is on the historic register. Contractor shall be responsible for painting Upstream Approach Wall Corner Armor (~850 LF), Chamber Corner Armor (~850 LF), Downstream Approach Wall Corner Armor (~8000 LF), and Check Posts (53 total). Optionally the Vertical Armor of the Mooring Bit Recesses (Option 1), shall be painted to the summer pool elevation (approx. 100 LF). A second option will be for the painting of the vertical armor at the ladder recesses (approx. 400lf). All work shall be conducted in strict accordance to the project's specifications and plans. SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation.
