Grambling State extends this bid to cover all labor, material, and equipment required. The scope of work for the roof replacement is below. o Remove and dispose of the 3-ply built-up roofing. o Remove the existing 1" ISO board insulation. o Detach the condenser units that are present. o Replace the insulation with 1" ISO board. o Install all (7) roof PVC/ABS roof drain and PVC/TPO curb flashing (about 900 feet) that is required. o Install TPO roofing system o Inspect finished product and dispose of all debris.
