Grange Hall Road Booster Station Discharge Piping & Grange Hall Road Water Main Extension

This project includes the installation of approximately 1,670 linear feet of 12-inch and 1,440 linear feet of 8-inch water main and connection to existing water main segments, including the installation of fire hydrants, placements of service lines within the right of way up and curb stops, and reconnection of service lines for existing customers of Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department. This project is located in the City of Beavercreek, Greene County, Ohio. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County There will be one prime contract awarded for the combined construction of these two projects. The first project area is for the construction of approximately 1,511 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main and 92 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main along Grange Hall Road from Liebherr Drive to #495 Grange Hall Road. The second project area is for the construction of approximately 1,208 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main from Eagle Point Drive going south along Grange Hall Road.
