Sewanhaka Central High School District - Cosmetology Building - (Electrical Construction). The Board of Education of the Sewanhaka Central High School District invites the submission of Sealed Bid Proposals to furnish materials and labor to complete the COSMETOLOGY BUILDING at Sewanhaka High School in accordance with the plans and specifications for the following category(ies) of work. Any bid received after the time and date stated above will be returned to the bidder unopened. Bidders are solely responsible for the arrival of each bid at the School District Administration Office by the appointed time, regardless of the means of delivery. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to SEWANHAKA CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT or by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The District will require the successful bidder to provide separate Performance and Labor & Materials Payment Bonds in the amount of the contract price and in the form specified in the Bid Documents. The District reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder providing the required security within forty-five (45) days of the date opening of the bids. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the District further reserves the right to reject bids that contain conditions, omissions, exceptions or modifications, or in its sole discretion to waive any irregularities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid which in the opinion of the District is in its best interest.
