Description

Bids must be submitted upon the proposal form(s) furnished. The college reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. This affirmative action policy with respect to sealed bids applies to all persons without regard to race, creed, color, sex, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or veteran status Julianne Cardone, Controller WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY July 29, 2022 Scope to include: - Trim existing blacktop pavement so as to produce a neat edge - Tack Coat edges - NYS Dot Type materials Repair Catch Basin (4-Each) Remove existing catch basin frame and grate. Repair catch basin with solid brick or solid precast adjustment rings to the depth required. Reset the existing frame and grate. Restore the pavement, lawn and/or curbing immediately adjacent to the catch basin. Use NYSDOT Class C concrete and NYSDOT Type 7 Asphalt. Machine Paving/Rotomill (Skim) Rotomill the area to be machine paved to a depth of 3". Remove all rotomilled material. Air blow the designated area to be paved. Tack coat the interior of the overlay with NYSDOT CSS-1-H at a rate of 0.5 gallons per square yard. Tack coat the inside edges with hot asphalt (AC-10). Machine pave with 2" of Dense Binder Type 3 and NYSDOT Type 7 asphalt at 1" thickness. Only use a 10 ton roller on the top course.
