| Description | The project consists of removing the existing stairs and infilling with new floor framing. Miscellaneous electrical work as required. New floor finish work - carpet tiles. Miscellaneous gypsum board work / metal framing and interior painting and 2nd floor. Patching and repairing existing conditions as required in the basement. Protecting existing conditions so owner can occupy space during construction. Bid Security will be required in the amount of 5% in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bonds will be required in accordance with the Supplementary Conditions. |
