CID Analyst Office Furniture and Renovations

The City requires turnkey pricing and solutions addressing all project components including design, purchasing and installation in a comprehensive and cost effective matter for a furniture system and a floor replacement (as a result of removing existing furniture) in addition to associated electrical work. The electrical work will encompass the install of electrical lines that run from the 3rd floor electrical panel to support the new furniture locations and electrical needs. This work will require new data connection lines from the 3rd floor electrical panel room to the new workstations. Patch cables will not be sufficient from existing connections. The City desires the least amount of possible failure points with all associated work including electrical and data connections. The work includes but is not limited to the demolition, removal and disposal of the existing countertop (approximately 11’ x 3’) which is currently attached to an existing wall, repair of drywall, paint and other various repairs.
