| Description | The hospital is seeking to acquire a non-personal aseptic housekeeping service for the out-patient/clinical support for Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy space (approximately 1200 sq ft) within the base gymnasium, B1705. Provide housekeeping requirements level and cleaning services for a non-case driven clinical space one (1) time, five (5) days per week (Mon-Fri). Cleaning shall consist of removing trash from trashcans, sweep/mop floors, wipe down counters/tables, clean windows/blinds, dust areas as needed, clean light fixtures as needed, provide and refill paper towel dispensers, soap/hand sanitizer dispensers, and replacing trash can liners. Provide/replace batteries in battery operated dispensers. Remove all noninfectious medical waste and bring back to the main hospital for disposal. Remove all trash to outside dumpster for disposal. Any hand sanitizers or paper towels bought by the contractor, for use by Government personnel, shall be bought in accordance with FAR 52.208-9. |
