Perform inspections, maintenance, routine testing, installation, and repair/emergency repair on all components of the Access Controls Systems SMS at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Contractor shall be able to provide, install, commission, and test Access Controls System compliant hardware as required for expanding system coverage.
