Repairs to Maintenance Shed

Repair the Harbormaster’s Maintenance Shed, located at 110 Long Wharf, Newport, RI. The repairs shall include minor changes to the existing footprint however due to location it will be very limited. The intent of this project is to provide a safer more usable workspace for the Harbormaster and staff to conduct maintenance operations on moorings and boats owned by the City. The shed is equipped with heat and electric supply but does not have a restroom. All repairs shall be completed to Code. The shed is approximately 14’ x 22’.
